Product engineering
Systems your business runs on, not demos. Typed, tested services in .NET and TypeScript, with acceptance criteria agreed before work starts — so “done” means the same thing to both of us.
Software studio — Johannesburg → the continent
Avanzamos is a Johannesburg software studio with products live in beauty, healthcare, and insurance — and we build to the same standard for clients across Africa.
Imported platforms assume payment rails, connectivity, and currencies that aren't yours — so your team works around the tool instead of with it. Local agencies ship a demo, invoice, and disappear, leaving nobody who can maintain what you paid for.
Either way, you carry the risk. We built Avanzamos to be the third option: a studio that engineers for African realities and stays accountable in production.
Capabilities
Web · API
Systems your business runs on, not demos. Typed, tested services in .NET and TypeScript, with acceptance criteria agreed before work starts — so “done” means the same thing to both of us.
iOS · Android
Apps built for the connectivity your users actually have. React Native with offline-first design, so a dropped connection interrupts nobody's workday and data syncs when the network returns.
Azure · CI/CD
Infrastructure that survives release day. Azure environments with automated pipelines, backward-compatible migrations, and releases that can be reverted in one step when something surprises us.
Local rails
Take money the way your customers pay. We integrate the rails global vendors skip — Paynow, EcoCash, and regional gateways — and every payment path gets reviewed line by line before it ships.
The shipping record
The strongest proof of how we'll treat your system is how we run our own. These are live, in production, operated by Avanzamos.
Bookings, clients, and payments for beauty professionals.
Software for healthcare operations.
Core systems for insurers.
Client work gets the same engineering standard — because we know what it costs to run software after launch day.
Straight answers
Every project starts with a scoping call and a written proposal: fixed scope, fixed acceptance criteria, and the price attached to them. You know what “done” means and what it costs before any work begins. No open-ended retainers unless you ask for one.
The same way we protect our own products. Authentication and input validation at every API boundary, tenant isolation checked on every query, secrets never shipped in client bundles — and payment, payroll, and compliance logic reviewed line by line. Every production bug gets a regression test the same day it's found.
We build so the system outlives the engagement: documentation, revertible releases, and migrations that don't trap you on old versions. You can take over with your own team, or we keep operating it with you — the same way we operate our own products.
One email starts it. We'll reply with a scoping call, and you'll leave that call knowing whether we're the right studio for it.
